You can choose to buy credits to address any varied and ad-hoc requirements. Credits can be used for a range of IT support, including re-building a PC or adding a printer into the network, giving you peace of mind that we can be reached quickly and respond immediately. Credits can be used for telephone and remote support, as well as on-site visits. With our helpdesk immediately available, we can begin working on any problems by securely connecting to your business remotely.

Inclusive Package
As a cost-effective way to access on-site support on a regular basis, most of our customers choose the inclusive package. This includes unlimited telephone and remote support, with an agreed amount of on-site support built into your monthly cost. This allows you to tailor the support package according to your needs.
You pay a fixed price and receive not only immediate telephone and remote support, but also the level of on-going on-site support you need. Cost-efficiencies are built into the package to ensure it remains a viable solution for your business needs.

Pay as you go
Our Pay as you go service is available if you would prefer a totally ad-hoc service, though credits are advised for a priority service.
