We have a range of options to support you:

Helpdesk Support
Our helpdesk is available to answer any of your IT questions. As part of your contract, you and your team can call as often as you like.

Remote Support
We can fix most problems on the phone or via remote PC control. As part of our service, we install the remote control software to give us secure access to your network and remotely control your server and PC's. Remote support provides you with a swift and reliable service that keeps the costs low and the level of service high.
Our remote and telephone support gives you access to our engineers from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

 

Immediate Visits
If we cannot fix the problem remotely, we can have a Kredo expert on site in under 2 hours to calmly and efficiently solve the issue. We can provide a guaranteed 2, 4 or 8 hour response time. This is secured by a Service Level Agreement.

Scheduled Visits
As part of a more substantial support package, a Microsoft certified engineer dedicated to your business will visit to review your requirements and develop an in-depth knowledge of your network, your people and your business. The scheduled visit also provides the opportunity to perform physical checks on your machines and network.
